Every day, we pass on these location reports with detailed information to our clients. If there is any delay, the drivers immediately notify the controller in our office. To ensure that the information is passed on promptly, our control centre is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We guarantee that we can provide you with precise information about the location of your vehicles within one hour.
Terra vehicle registration service
As part of our proven 24-hour service, we offer our clients export registration plates, initial registration documents and temporary plates. We individually tailor this service to our client's processes. Insurance cover includes statutory third party liability insurance for the vehicles.
Special training for drivers is regularly carried out at various locations, ensuring that our drivers are up-to-date with the latest regulations and have a chance to broaden their existing knowledge. The terra Service Control Group additionally checks our drivers en route to ensure the highest possible terra quality standards at all times.
Thesechecks include, among other things, the vehicle handover process, document and vehicle checks of driver and vehicle en rout and at the final destination with a view to ensuring that our terra services achieve a consistently high level of quality at all times.
